Subcontract sheet metal · Syria

We make your part.
You keep the drawing.

Fiber laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting, CNC press brake bending and precision welding — under one roof. The workshop is being equipped now, and we’re already taking enquiries.

How a part gets made

From your file to a finished part.

Cut

Fiber laser or plasma, chosen by material and thickness.

Bend

Formed on the press brake, to the tolerance the part needs.

Weld

MIG/MAG, TIG, laser or spot — picked for the joint.

Inspect

The first part is measured before the batch runs.

What we do

Four processes. One roof.

Cutting

Fiber laser cutting

Clean, fast cuts in sheet, with fine detail and a narrow heat-affected zone.

Kerf typically 0.1–0.5mm

Cutting

CNC plasma cutting

Thick plate and structural steel, cut fast where a laser would cost more time.

For heavier gauge material

Forming

CNC press brake bending

Flanges, boxes and multi-bend parts, formed to spec on a press brake.

Minimum radius ≈ 1× thickness

Joining

Precision welding

MIG/MAG, TIG, laser and spot — chosen by the joint, not by habit.

Distortion controlled by sequence

SERT

Turkish. Solid — not easily bent, crushed or cut.

Sert is Turkish for solid — not easily bent, crushed or cut. It also reads as Syrian Excellence Research and Technology. Both point at the same thing.

The workshop is still being equipped, so you won’t find a client list or a project count on this page. What you will find is the process, and a straight answer if you ask.

There is no production line here, which means no hidden minimum order. A single part is a normal job, not a favour.
